  • Assisting in writing and managing tickets related to business analysis
  • Ensuring that user needs and technical requirements are clearly documented and addressed
  • You will work closely with both the business analysis team and UX/UI designers to enhance the platform's usability, making it more intuitive and accessible for a diverse user base across Europe.
  • In addition to ticket management, you will contribute to the development of improvement strategies that align with the project’s broader goals.
  • Analyzing feedback, supporting the documentation of user requirements, and actively participating in testing and validation processes to ensure the platform evolves to meet user expectations and accessibility standards.
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with the client and various stakeholders, including representatives from European institutions, educational bodies, and policy makers.
  • Your involvement will help ensure that the platform remains aligned with EU policies and meets the needs of users across different sectors.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and understanding their feedback will be key in shaping the continued success of the Europass project.
Requisiti principali:
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as the role involves communication with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Interest in business analysis and user experience (UX), with a desire to contribute to improving digital platforms.
  • Basic familiarity with BA tools like JIRA or MS Tools (any prior exposure is a plus, but not essential).
  • Good communication skills, especially the ability to clearly document tasks, share ideas, and engage with team members.
  • Volunteering experience in any capacity, demonstrating an ability to work within a team, take initiative, and contribute to a shared goal.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of UX/UI design or any user-centered design concepts.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards or tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Some understanding of EU policies related to employment, education, or skills would be an asset.
  • Previous internship or academic experience in business analysis, project management, or working with digital platforms.
