This project strengthens innovation capability by enabling an inclusive environment where every brain can thrive. To support all brains, we aim to create media and tell stories of people with all neurotypes and share their experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities 

• Creating and editing media content (Shorts, videos and educational resources) with the latest media technology.
• Storytelling in various mediums.

You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at a university or college/FH (Fachhochschule; all study fields are welcome) and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of 3 months and getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

Must have

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and film production using professional equipment
• Experience with Storytelling in any medium
• Curiosity and high willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Someone who has experience with AI media creation tools and/or in graphic design
• Someone with storytelling skills
• Interested in the topic of Neurodiversity
• Background in audiovisual production or other relevant fields of study which could include communications, business administration, organizational psychology, psychology, human resources, or any other related discipline
• Excellent written English.
