You will join our Transport Control Center department and provide operational support to the team responsible for road and sea shipments, particularly in:

• Coordinating processes related to loading orders onto transport vehicles,
• Preparing and controlling the complete set of transport documents,
• Coordinating road and sea transports to ensure timely delivery,
• Resolving ongoing issues related to order fulfillment and transportation.

• Student in their third year or above, preferably studying logistics or a related field
• Very good command of the English language is a must
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Good communication skills
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań
• First experiences in logistics or customer collaboration are a plus.
