Attività:
- Contact management (expected to cover 70% of the intern’s time):
- Maintaining up to date the office’s contact management system
- Ensuring data remains consistent across the database
- Working with the various relevant stakeholders in ensuring that relevant data processes are followed
- Acting as a point of contact for general questions and queries within the office in respect of the database
- Marketing activities (expected to cover 30% of the intern’s time)
- Providing support with respect to the organisation of virtual and hybrid seminars/conferences
- Providing support with respect to social media campaigns, e-alerts, brochures and publications
- Providing support with respect to the preparation of client presentations
Requisiti principali:
- - You are currently preparing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a University or Business school.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills – engaging with others and working effectively as a team
- High attention to detail (quality over quantity)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is an asset
- Organised and capable of anticipating as well planning ahead.
- Willing to suggest new ideas and taking initiatives
- You are fluent in English (written and oral). French or German would be considered as an asset.
