Attività:
  • Participating in the People Team intranet review project.
  • Coordinating and contributing to defining a communication plan for the People team on the ongoing topics and various activities throughout the year.
  • Supporting the implementation of the communication plan using various supports such as our intranet and other channels.
  • Coordinating and creating a People Team agenda for the coming yearly activities in our project management tool, Monday.com.
  • Supporting the People Team with staff engagement surveys.
  • Supporting future communications activities on new policy implementations
  • Supporting the People Team in preparing engaging presentation slides for our weekly organization-wide meeting, highlighting role changes, new joiners, departures, work anniversaries, and other key employee updates shared with the entire organization.
  • Support in the recruitment process when needed.
Requisiti principali:
  • Educational background: Currently enrolled in/holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources and Communication
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in a professional environment is preferred but not required.
  • Clear and articulate in communication across various situations, adapting style to the listener, building credibility, and actively listening. Demonstrates strong written communication skills with correct grammar and punctuation.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to gain new skills, knowledge, and experiences, and regularly seeks detailed feedback to identify learning needs and improve performance.
  • Proactive in contributing to team success through idea sharing, taking initiatives, and ensuring effective achievement of goals.
  • Good at taking proactive action to accomplish goals, identifying opportunities to assist others beyond their own responsibilities.
  • Good at managing time and resources by handling schedules, prioritizing tasks, and completing them on time with high quality, while staying focused and promptly following up on action items.
  • Effective in maintaining performance during changes in responsibilities or environment by objectively evaluating change and enthusiastically adopting new processes.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are an advantage.
