Deloitte's Human Capital offers consulting services that enhance our clients' effectiveness in diverse areas such as Learning & Development (through the Dlearn team), HR technology implementation, Talent management, and Change management.

 

Your next challenge

  • Engaging in human resources consulting and focusing on learning & development projects
  • Utilizing your creative skills through innovative creation tools
  • Assisting our clients with their learning strategies
  • Working within an international and diverse environment.

You will support our DLearn team by:

  • Managing clients' e-learning campaigns from inception through to completion, including setting up training courses and tracking learners' progress via regular reporting
  • Maintaining client relationships from the initial contact through to the preparation of training offerings
  • Collaborating with Deloitte experts to develop e-learning content and propose creative solutions
  • Working with cutting-edge learning solutions, enhancing your technical and creative skills
  • Participating in client and internal meetings and contributing to additional team initiatives.
Requisiti principali:
  • Be enrolled in last year of studies in Human Resources, Educational Engineering, Business Administration, Management, etc. A specialization or strong interest in learning is considered an asset
  • A creative, autonomous, pragmatic, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with the Office suite
  • Familiarity with basic legal terminology is an advantage
  • Fluency in French with a strong command of English.
