Attività:
  • Support the design and production of a wide range of visual communication materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, posters, infographics).
  • Contribute creative ideas for design solutions and campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Create visual content for SCMUs intranet platforms under the supervision of the Communications Specialist using Adobe Illustrator and other tools.
  • Develop data visualizations and infographics to support reports and communications.
  • Support the development and implementation of SCMU’s visual brand identity and communication workflows.
  • Assist in leveraging internal communication channels (e.g. SCMU intranet on google docs).
  • Participate in organizing internal engagement activities including change management team activities and new staff onboarding.
  • Assist with recruitment communications.
  • Support broader communication efforts aligned with SCMU’s strategic framework and work plan.
Requisiti principali:
  • Educational requirements
    • a) Be enrolled in a first university degree programme (such as bachelor’s degree or equivalent) and have completed one full academic year;
    • b) Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme (such as master’s programme or higher); c. Have recently graduated with a university degree as defined above and, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation; or
    • c) Be enrolled in a postgraduate professional trainee programme and undertake the internship as part of this programme.
  • Demonstrate interest in the field of development;
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Experience working with development agencies, including in a volunteer capacity, is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrate written and spoken proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Initiative, sound judgment and demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with staff members from different national and cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to new environments and to establish and maintain good working relations with individuals of different cultural backgrounds.
