Thanks to your understanding of accounting standards, you will contribute to monthly closing activities aligned with the Group calendar, ensuring the preparation of financial statements under both IFRS and Lux GAAP. Your work will involve coordination with departments such as Controlling, IT, and Group Reporting to support the accuracy of financial reporting.
You will carry out reconciliations and consistency checks across SAP modules (GL, Logistics, and Controlling) to ensure coherence of financial data. You will also support intercompany reconciliation processes and contribute to internal controls related to financial reporting compliance.
You will assist business controlling teams in participating in the analysis of managerial financial statements. Your ability to collaborate across teams and interpret financial information will support the delivery of reliable reporting.
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
With a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, you will bring strong communication abilities and an aptitude for working within a complex, matrixed organization. Thanks to your problem-solving and results-oriented approach, you will be able to navigate challenges effectively.
Your role will also require solid analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel. Your familiarity with these tools will support your ability to handle data and reports efficiently. Fluency in English is essential.
