There is currently one available internship slot where the internship will be focussed on supporting specific business product management activities related to Europol's Identity and Access Management capability and on supporting the implementation of the Europol IM Strategy. In particular, the focus will be on the development and maintenance of eLearning and other end user support materials; and on supporting the creation and coordination of updates to ICT/IM related corporate-wide documentation and other awareness creation activities.

The intern will be placed in the IM Strategy, Planning, Standards & Data Sharing Office where the intern will support the team by:

  • Supporting the roll-out of new versions of capabilities in Office portfolio in particular by:
  • Producing end-user materials updates and creating new materials;
  • Updating existing e-Learnings and developing new e-Learnings;
  • Performing functional testing and business validation activities;
  • Creating promotional materials, quick guides and/or other materials including intranet website content regarding products and/or initiatives;
  • Supporting the production, editing and layout of reports and other documentation aiming to create awareness among internal and external stakeholders;
  • Supporting the creation and coordination of updates to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) /IM related corporate-wide documentation;
  • Assisting in meeting organisation and note-taking;
  • Any other related activities under the supervision of the internship supervisor.
Requisiti principali:

 

Experience (in academic or professional settings):

  • Experience in product management activities;
  • Experience in meeting and event organisation;
  • Experience in creating and updating learning materials and user guides;
  • Experience in creating communication and promotional materials;

Subject knowledge/education:

  • Completed university studies or vocational training in the field of IM/ICT or any other relevant field;
  • Knowledge of information management tools and systems;
  • Knowledge of product and project management methodologies.

General competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing;
  • Very good time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines/under pressure;
  • Proficient user of IT applications in general and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the internet;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team as well as independently;
  • Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
