Attività:
- Develop novel textured wet pet food by reviewing literature
- Planning, pursuing and evaluating innovation kitchen trials
- Recommend which concepts should be scaled-up to continuous pilot plant production
- Plan, pursue and evaluate pilot plant trials and present the results R&D internally
- Get to learn about wet pet food, state of the art processes and how to turn an idea into a tangible product
- Experience team work and celebrate successes in an international environment.
Requisiti principali:
- - Master students that want to pursue their thesis within Mars R&D
- Study subjects should be food science, food processing, mechanical engineering, process engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, technical biology, biotechnology, technical microbiology, nutrition or related subjects
- Curiosity, international communication skills and eagerness to learn are essential competencies we are looking for
- International experience is very welcome
