Attività:
- Supporting the allocators on initial stock and replenishment orders
- Assisting on in-season analysis on store and product data
- Creating Late Night Shopping orders for special events
- Preparing reports for Trade updates
- Keeping close communication with the stores
- Preparing presentations of the division based on merchandising & product
- Maintaining/uploading prices and markdowns, cleaning old markdowns in the system (Cegid)
- Occasional sample management
- Support with preparing for seasonal Store Manager Seminars
- Ad hoc administration tasks
Requisiti principali:
- - Bachelor degree in fashion or Business degree
- Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Numerical skills
- Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Has an eye for detail and consistency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
- Interest & passion for the fashion industry
