Attività:
- Provide support for developing initiatives, frameworks, tools & methodologies related to IT Project Portfolio Steering
- Support the further design and development of the internal IT Project Portfolio processes and training materials
- Support the steering of the IT Project Portfolio in the yearly AZ Group planning processes, IT Steering Boards and further top management meetings
- Provide support for the preparation of management presentations
- Preparation, execution and wrap-up of workshops and team meetings
- Support in the analysis and reporting of the Group IT Project Portfolio
- Conduct data sanity checks and support developments in our reporting tools SAP and WAVE
- Optionally: Create, support, and maintain high quality reports and dashboards with Power BI
- Optionally: Support in MVP for Lean Portfolio Management
Requisiti principali:
- - You are at an advanced stage of your degree and have a proven track record
- Studies in Business Administration, Economics, other business related fields or Mathematics.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written), German is helpful (but not a must), additional language skills are a plus
- You do have excellent MS Office skills, especially in SharePoint, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
