Attività:
- Monitor and process material replenishment requests for aircraft parts;
- Source of aircraft parts on global market;
- Collect quotes and negotiate terms and conditions with vendors;
- Evaluate and compare total cost of procurement to ensure best value is obtained;
- Place and track purchase orders for aircraft parts;
- Monitor the complete supply chain until goods receipt by Warehouse by performing “follow-up” process on open orders;
- Resolve any finance or warehouse clarifications;
- Coordinate with suppliers/Material Flow Management/ Material Planner in case of delayed delivery;
- Implement action and escalate as per the established procedures if facing delays;
Requisiti principali:
- - University student or newly graduate
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge in the field of MS Office
- Desire to learn
- Experience with ERP system would be considered an advantage
- Team player with good communication skills
