Attività:
- IT Project support: Act as a documentation custodian for IT projects, participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Team Organization: Support the team in organizing and streamlining workflows using Jira and other collaboration tools
- Cybersecurity Monitoring: Support the tracking of cybersecurity risks. Assist in assessing the impact and likelihood of identified risks, and contribute to risk reporting and documentation.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the IT project portfolio within LeanIX, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio management practices and tool usage.
Requisiti principali:
- - Graduates or Students of the last years or university graduates (up to 6 months after graduation) in Information Technology, Finance, Economy, or a related field.
- Available for at least 25 hours per week
- Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Candidates with communication and organization skills who are eager to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends
