Join the Roche Career Center as an Intern and be part of a team dedicated to empowering employees to take charge of their career development. In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks from organizing events and maintaining customer engagement to promoting the Roche Career Center's mission across Roche channels. 

• Coordinate and potentially facilitate workshops and networking events
• Onboard and train new volunteers
• Keep the volunteer community informed, engaged, and motivated
• Handle communication activities including monthly newsletters and maintenance of the gSite
• Gather feedback from customers and take actions to continuously improve
• Evaluate statistics and support the communication of regular data updates
• Organize, set up, and sometimes run different workshops
• Engage with the community and manage stakeholder relationships.

• You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months), with a bachelor or master preferably in Psychology, Business or Sociology.
• You are a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• You can motivate, integrate, and influence others.
• You have experience in stakeholder management.
• You possess strong facilitation and advising skills.
• You have strong English knowledge; German and/or other languages are a plus.
