- Get hands-on insight into daily People & Organization operations and contribute to enhancing the team member experience
- Take part in projects from day one - your ideas and support will make a difference
- Help shape internal communication through content for intranet, newsletters, and presentations
- Contribute to building frameworks and processes that support engagement, growth, and culture across our design teams
Requisiti principali:
- - You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field) and will remain enrolled for the full internship period
- You have excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written
- You’re proficient with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with Workday is a plus
- You enjoy working with international teams and value cultural diversity
- You’re passionate about storytelling and content creation that elevates the team member experience
