Attività:
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Data Collection and Quality: Assist in collection, validation, and cleansing of data related to vendor engagements and performance.
    • Dashboard Implementation: Implement data into existing dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Dashboard Design & Evolution: Participate in the design and evolution of dashboards/reporting tools, contributing ideas for improved visualization and functionality.
    • Engagement and Performance Reporting: support the reporting and analysis of vendor engagement and performance through data analysis and reporting.
  • Innovation Support
    • Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in coordinating engagements with various stakeholders involved in the innovation process.
    • Innovation Idea Review:  Support the sharing and review of innovation ideas.
    • Innovation Fund Steering: Contribute to the steering of innovation available/consumed funds, ensuring alignment with existing Master Agreements.
    • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the innovation process.
  • General Support
    • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, procedures and data sources.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and challenges.
    • Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
Requisiti principali:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, Innovation Management).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with data-visualization tools (e.g Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for data and innovation.
  • Fluency in English, French is an asset.
