You will support the Senior Go To Market Manager with daily job responsibilities, impacting brand visibility and commerciality through trade marketing activations at partner accounts like Blue Tomato, as well as helping the marketing team to work more efficiently by keeping track of marketing calendars as part of brand planning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help create sell-in analyses to define trade marketing activations at trade accounts;
• Assist on execution of trade marketing activations, develop creative briefs and make sure marketing assets are being delivered in time;
• Track execution and gather POE for marketing campaign reporting;
• Support in the planning, administration and execution of sell-in/sell-through materials;
• Assist in our Sales Meeting (seasonal product launch) from marketing perspective;
• Support on gathering the distributor business planning activities, cross-functional alignment on these plans with other marketing functions, and execution regionally;
• Assist in keeping the yearly marketing calendar up to date;
• Overall assistance with project management and coordination of marketing initiatives;
• Keep detailed minutes of meetings and project updates.

• Your Background: Anything from marketing to business studies, must be a current student and student for duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution).
• Passion: Sport and an interest in surf or wintersport is an advantage.
• Skills: Microsoft office, well organized and good time-management skills. 
• Communication: You’ve got solid written and verbal English skills—and you’re not afraid to ask questions.
• Attitude: You’re enthusiastic, eager to learn and have a hands-on mentality.
