Attività:
- Qualify and handle hiring needs transmitted by managers.
- Conduct pre-selection qualification meetings via phone calls.
- Monitor and follow up on the recruitment process.
- Source and directly approach candidates on job boards and social networks.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline and network.
- Act as a point of contact and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Benchmark and improve recruitment processes.
- Optimize job offer content for better candidate engagement.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategy.
Requisiti principali:
- - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Curious and proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong communication and team-player skills.
- Service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with AI generative tools is a plus.
