Attività:
  • Contributing to the mapping and analysis of ongoing and planned digital initiatives across sectors and domains.
  • Supporting the coordination and monitoring of project progress, risks,interdependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Assisting in the development and continuous improvement of portfolio governance processes, reporting tools, and performance indicators.
  • Analysing business needs and identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Performing market research on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions or reusable components offered by EU institutions.
  • Helping design and assess proof-of-concept initiatives, particularly in areas such as data analytics, intelligent automation, and digital assistants.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and sector leads to collect requirements, validate concepts, and ensure user-centric solution design.
  • Contributing to planning and communication activities, including briefings and documentation for internal and executive stakeholders.
  • Planning, communicating, coordinating and executing tasks in collaboration with the wider sector and the business stakeholders.
Requisiti principali:
  • Completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) in business informatics, IT management, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
  • A strong interest in digital strategy, IT portfolio or project management (e.g., PM², PRINCE2, Agile), and innovation.
  • A good knowledge of one or more relevant tools or languages (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
  • An advanced knowledge of English (B2).

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of EU institutions’ digital governance frameworks.
  • Good command of MS Office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills.
  • An intermediate (B1) knowledge of French.
