Attività:
During the traineeship, the trainee will familiarise themselves with the work of the Events and Logistics Unit, which provides logistical and administrative support to the organisation of events and meetings, in a successful and cost-efficient manner, with the highest standards of service.The main tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Support the Events team in their Autumn/Winter 2025 projects, i.e. digitalisation of events tools, data management et al.;
- Support the planning and delivery of various meetings;
- Provide support for logistical arrangements, including booking rooms and accommodation, preparing meeting facilities, interpretation, transportation and catering and make contingency plans if required;
- Assist different Event and Logistics related contractors in daily operations;
- Maintain interaction with various stakeholders;
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to showcase services;
- Develop and maintain Events’ Intranet page.

Eligibility criteria
The traineeship call is open to applicants who satisfy the following eligibility criteria on the closing date for application: The applicant must:
- Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union or of EU candidate countries. Exceptionally, nationals of third countries with a cooperation agreement or working arrangement with Eurojust may also be accepted, depending on budget availability;
- Be a recent university/masters/doctorate graduate, who, by the closing date for applications, has obtained a university/masters/doctorate diploma;
- Have a very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level),the working language of Eurojust.
- Not have received more than six weeks of any kind of in-service training/internship nor have worked or been employed in any capacity within a European Institution, body, office or agency.
General knowledge, qualifications and experience
- Completed or ongoing university degree in hospitality or hotel management, communications, public relations, marketing, international relations or other relevant fields;
- Ability to take responsibility for specific areas of work and see actions through to completion, ensuring that the deadlines are met;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel);
- Aptitude for team work in an international, multicultural environment, as well as cooperative and customer-oriented attitude;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, the working language of Eurojust.
