Attività:
- Execute and manage global Treasury processes in a defined area, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper Treasury process execution, in line with framework agreements and/or SLAs.
- Handle payment runs, including validation and processing for various entities and business units.
- Analyze and resolve payment exceptions, rejections, and discrepancies.
- Manage manual payments in the system, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Respond to internal inquiries by providing accurate and detailed information to stakeholders.
- Support internal and external financial audits, addressing any findings and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of Treasury services.
Requisiti principali:
- - A bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Previous experience in payments or financial operations is a plus, but not mandatory. A strong interest in understanding financial processes is essential.
- Familiarity with Office 365 - SAP and ticketing tools are considered an advantage.
- You are detail-oriented and compliance-focused, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- You are solution-driven and adaptable, capable of handling challenges and finding practical solutions in a dynamic setting.
- Fluent in English.
