Attività:
  • Provide support to the team in project management tasks, including communication, research, data analysis, innovation, and following up with our Operating Entities (OEs)
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns and derive actional insights using tools such as PowerBI
  • Assess the potentials of using the latest technology such as Gen AI / Chat GPT to enhance customer experience innovation
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather data and prepare progress reports
Requisiti principali:
  • Ability to use data analysis tools such as PowerBI
  • Ability to produce prompts for open AI, chat GPT
  • Entreprenuerial background preferred
  • Advanced design skills, such as Adobe InDesign and Figma, are a plus but not required
  • Possess creative and client-oriented communication skills
  • Exhibit excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, with an interest in employee relations
  • Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
