Thanks to your analytical approach, you will assist in managing supplier invoice discrepancies and contribute to the analysis of account statements. You will be involved in the preparation of ad hoc specialized reports and analysis, as well as resolving issues related to payments delays and invoices linked to purchasing and sales processes.

In addition, you will support the month-end closing procedures and conduct related checks to help ensure consistency in reporting. You will also organize and follow up on weekly meetings with relevant teams as part of your routine tasks, helping maintain coordination and clarity on open items.

• To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
• With a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, you will bring strong communication abilities and an aptitude for working within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Thanks to your problem-solving and results-oriented approach, you will be able to navigate challenges effectively.
• Your role will also require solid analytical skillsand proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel. Your familiarity with these tools will support your ability to handle data and reports efficiently. 
• Fluency in English is essential.
