Creative content creation & distribution:

• Enhancing existing communication projects to be disseminated to our internal and external audiences throughout the year.
• Creating and running content campaigns to engage our internal and external audiences throughout the year.
• Amplify the reach our content by engaging with internal audiences and supporting the roll-out of our ambassador programme.

Administrative Tasks:

• Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of our monthly financial report, as well as keeping track of expenses with our current vendors.
• Keep our content communications schedule updated and keep our terms of use for images folder and excel spreadsheet updated.
• Monitor our owned digital channels to ensure they are working smoothly, as well as suggesting ways to continuously improve.

Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with external agencies to request data pulls and ensure reports are complete.

Reporting:

• Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive reports to track the progress, measure impact, and inform strategic R&I Comms decisions.
• Prepare monthly updates on scientific activities, sharing them via Workplace and on office screens to keep colleagues informed and engaged.

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You’re a student, currently pursuing a degree in Science Communication, Life Sciences, Public Health, Communications or a related field
• You have a strong a background in science and/or communications
• You are comfortable with content creation (Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint are considered a plus)
• You have a creative mindset and have an ability to propose new ideas
• You enjoy networking with multiple stakeholders
• You are organized and can handle a variety of different tasks
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written; French or Portuguese is considered as a plus.
