Attività:
- Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, hardware, etc.);
- Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;
- Management and resolution of Incidents and Requests through ticketing tools;
- Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales or production;
- Managing accesses to various applications;
- Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation.
Requisiti principali:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Willing to join a multidisciplinary team;
- Willing to learn and apply the latest user support techniques;
- Ability to communicate in English.
