• Assisting with the creation, editing, and production of multimedia content (videos, podcasts, infographics, social media posts) for UNCTAD's platforms.
• Supporting live coverage of events and conferences through photography, videography, and audio recording.
• Assisting in editing and post-production of multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva.
• Contributing to social media by creating engaging content and supporting digital campaigns.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely multimedia outputs.
• Assisting with archiving multimedia assets and maintaining a multimedia library.
• Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for content ideas.
• Other related duties as required.

• A University degree in the area of media, communications, graphic design and/or multimedia arts, journalism, marketing, public relations, international studies, photography or closely related field is required.
• Fluency spoken and written in English is required. Knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.

For this position the following skills are desirable: 

• Proficiency in multimedia tools and design software and standard video such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Strong interest in multimedia production, including video, audio, and social media content creation.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, in English. Knowledge of French or other UN languages is an asset.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
