In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for the HR governance in the BASF group. By developing focused HR policies, we execute our corporate strategy on employee-related topics. In addition, we design tools for the development and retention of Senior Executives, we support them in personnel matters and are responsible for strategic succession planning.

We are looking for a committed intern in the area of Community Management within the Human Capability Future team.

• Advanced degree in psychology, social sciences, economics, humanities, or communication studies or a comparable study program
• a mandatory internship as part of your degree program
• interest in current HR topics and community work
• experience with social media (e.g., video editing, content creation)
• excellent German and English skills
• creativity, initiative, and organizational talent.
