Embark on a journey with the "Insights to Action" (I2A) project, where we aim to elevate MSF's operational quality and efficiency by transforming insights into impactful strategies. By embracing the power of design thinking and agile methodologies, we're crafting a seamless process to implement recommendations across our diverse field operations.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Work closely with IT specialists and the project manager.
• Assist in operationalizing the I2A pipeline on JIRA (or other solution), ensuring structured processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including field staff, medical and IT team to facilitate workshops and hackathons.
• Support the implementation of design thinking and agile methodologies across project streams.

• Have a tripartite internship agreement.
• English and French: excellent writing and communication skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, computer science, information system, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agile principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools, especially JIRA, is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Understanding of international organizations and their operational challenges is a plus.
