- Collecting, analyzing and optimizing decision-making committees and processes
- Supporting projects in organizational development (e.g., organizational development, corporate governance)
- Preparing and accompanying cross-company and cross-business unit workshops
- Supporting the creation of presentations for the board and top management, as well as reviewing decision templates
- Maintaining and managing IT systems for organizational development.
Requisiti principali:
- - Students (or bachelor's graduates starting their master's studies at the earliest possible date) with a focus on economics, organizational development, law, HR, or comparable fields of study
- Good to very good academic performance
- German language level C1
- Initial experience in project management
- Proficient use of MS Office applications.
