Attività:
- Support in different stages of the following tasks: innovation pipeline / product development process support incl. checking of artworks/print proofs, from concept to Implementation
- Assist in and execute event and shooting planning
- Carry out communication activation and implementation both online (SoMe and website) and offline (salon, selective retail, PR)
- Help in project management and collab with other business functions
- Perform brand analysis of existing products and brands
- Execute market research
- Collect regional/country feedbacks and steer send-outs
- Support processes/operations of the respective Henkel team complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations.
Requisiti principali:
- - Student who is currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration
- Previous experience/internships in cosmetic industry, fashion industry, design/art sector, premium sector beneficial, brand management, influencer relations and PR, event organisation beneficial
- Fluent in English language, German language is beneficial
- Confident in working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Big interest in trends, knowledge of premium brands
- Understanding of hairdressing industry.
