You will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams’ operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the S.Factory Team. The tasks comprise, but are not limited to: 

• Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment
• Organizing customer tours through the S.Factory; correspondence in Team Inbox with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and organize knowledge-sharing documents to facilitate internal collaboration
• Administer internal communication channels to streamline information flow across departments
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project status reports
• Execution of own smaller projects.

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. It is essential that you are enrolled at a university throughout the internship. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.The job is for you if you are/have:
