- Supporting the process of freight re-invoicing
- Take part in the preparation and issuing of the freight invoices accurately and promptly to required stakeholders
- Monitor automatic sending of required documents
- Monitor mailbox for received documents
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of all shipping documents
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requisiti principali:
- - University student or graduate
- Good English, both speaking and writing
- Good MS Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team.
