Attività:
- Improve HR processes and people experience while using the HR tools.
- Update databases with information provided by internal customers.
- Follow up, collaborate and communicate with HR peers and stakeholders to ensure employee’s satisfaction.
- Support data entry for various HR processes including position management, hires, rate changes, promotions, transfers, terminations and data corrections in our Success Factors Employee Central HCM system.
- Support in creation of work process documentation.
Requisiti principali:
- - Relevant education degree in Human Resources, Data Management or equivalent.
- Competencies:
- Fluent in English.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Ability to work with digital tools
- Behaviors:
- Multitasking: able to manage several topics and to prioritize.
- Critical Thinking and creativity on finding solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively, while always maintaining customer orientation.
