Attività:
  • Operational Sales Support: Assist in the day-to-day management of distributor accounts and new business initiatives, ensuring timely execution of commercial plans.
  • Customer Interaction: Support customer-facing activities including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Data & Reporting: Update and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Financial Monitoring: Track budgets, promotional investments, and customer profitability to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Project Management: Follow up on new business proposals, innovation launches, and pilot initiatives across various channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support strategic planning.
Requisiti principali:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
