Attività:
- Drive and support analysis and implementation initiatives to expand Sygnum’s offering (e.g. new tokens, liquid staking, improved client experience etc.) working with internal and external stakeholders
- Support and take ownership of certain aspects of the annual custody audit, working closely with other teams across Sygnum and the external auditors
- Support the department’s strategy development process considering the latest market, technical and regulatory developments
- Support the creation of marketing and sales material to drive sales and awareness of Sygnum’s custody and DeFi offering across several channels closely collaborating with Client Services and other teams across the bank
Requisiti principali:
- - Strong and demonstrated interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain and decentralized finance and a conviction that crypto will (continue to) shape the future of finance
- Possess or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (preferably in the field of IT or business), with a track record of outstanding academic performance
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for details
- Strong ownership, relentlessly resourceful, enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
