Identifying and implementing ways to kaizen our supply chain focused on Quality, Cost. Key focus now is to automate the planning jobs & digitalize the Supply chain network.

This will allow you to:

• Acquire a deep understanding of Just-in-Time and Toyota Production System
• Define strategies to achieve Toyota main Logistics Pillars, Even Pitch, minimum lead time, max efficiency and flexibility.
• Negotiate improvement ideas with the key stakeholders.
• Implement the kaizen and confirm the achievement of target.
• Learn logistics material and information flow
• Learn how new tech tools can be applied to real work

To achieve this, you will need to:

• Learn and professionally apply Toyota cost planning & network simulation.
• Learn and fully understand Toyota’s Logistics network and specific operation standards to ensure application through the logistics network you are responsible for.

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
• You have a Bachelor degree
• You have affinity with automotive and are passionate about quality
• You are very highly numeric, with strong logical and analytical skills (Excel & Access)
• You have an interest in data management, and data visualization and programming (especially some basic knowledge of Power BI is appreciated)
• Basic Programming knowledge (like python) can be an added advantage
• As a self-starter you demonstrate pro-activeness and ownership in projects
• You are a pragmatic problem solver, result driven
• Driving license is an asset.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.
