Attività:
- Preparation of meetings of the EUSR, including by providing input for briefings, memos and office correspondence.
- Participate in meetings and events in Brussels with external stakeholders organised by EU Member States, civil society representatives, EU institutions and think tanks on Central Asia and produce reports on these activities for information of the team.
- Assist in the organisation of missions and incoming visits.
- Conduct research on topics relevant to the activities of the EUSR.
- Assist in writing and editing speeches.
- Contribute to the online outreach and communications in coordination with the EUSR team.
- Edit videos and photos, and other communication materials.
Requisiti principali:
- - The applicant has to be a national of a Member State of the European Union.
- Bachelor degree in International Relations, Political Science, European studies, Law, Economics, communication or a related field as well as completed or ongoing master studies.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Russian language will be considered an asset.
- Proven interest for EU affairs, EU external action as well as in the region of Central Asia.
- Ability to handle politically sensitive issues in a responsible manner.
- Experience in conducting research and analysis.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to details, good team worker.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
- Experience in organising events considered an asset.
- Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft packages.
