The Talent Acquisition Trainee will support the team across multiple functions including internship program coordination, referral management, candidate screening, and diversity initiatives. You will assist with developing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and scheduling follow-up meetings with hiring managers. Your role will involve supporting our internship program by helping track applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities. You will also help manage our employee referral program by processing referrals, tracking metrics, and assisting with program promotion.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Fluent English and strong proficiency in Spanish and/or Catalan required for effective communication with our diverse talent pool
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR principles
• Interest in AI technologies and willingness to learn about the AI talent landscape
• Ability to understand basic technical requirements for AI roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
