Attività: - Retail Design & Visualization: Assist in designing and visualizing innovative retail formats that reflect Kipling’s brand identity and deliver immersive consumer experiences.
- Seasonal Creative Execution: Contribute to the creation of seasonal windows, in-store POS materials, fixtures, and pop-up concepts aligned with brand campaigns.
- Visual Merchandising Guidelines: Help develop global visual merchandising guidelines and training materials to ensure consistency across regions.
- Consumer Experience Research: Conduct research on best practices and trends in retail experience to inform and inspire Kipling’s in-store strategies.
Requisiti principali: - Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Passionate about design, fashion, and retail, with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, and V-Ray (or similar).
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience or coursework in retail design or visual merchandising is a plus.
