Attività: - During your internship you will work in an agile international team on the Procure-to-Order segment of the P2P process and contribute to various projects.
- You will collaborate on implementing a new credit card process, supporting project coordination and translating process content into technical specifications.
- Utilizing UX methodologies, you will conduct user research, which includes user interviews and mockup testing.
- Additionally, you will enhance your presentation skills by creating engaging project content using tools like PowerPoint or Miro.
- You will also manage and coordinate test cases for quality assurance, while developing impactful training materials and preparing resources for our users, allowing you to refine your creative abilities.
- Finally, you will gain valuable experience in agile methodologies and learn to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Requisiti principali: - Education: studies in the field of Economics, (Business) Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, Mathematics or comparable
- Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university
- Experience and Knowledge: proficient in MS Office; first experience with online collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Conceptboard) or tracking and release tools is a plus; knowledge in accounting or procurement is an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at taking accountability for your actions, communicating openly with others, managing topics effectively, and applying an analytical mindset to quickly grasp concepts with a user- and process-centric focus
- Enthusiasm: interest in new subjects
- Languages: fluent in English.
