Attività:
- Research and contact companies for in-kind donations;
- Assist in managing donor and sponsor relationships, including maintaining communication and providing necessary follow-up;
- Help develop fundraising materials, including presentations, flyers, outreach material, etc;
- Help develop fundraising campaign, including goals, message and content;
- Help developing concepts for fundraising events;
- Support volunteers organizing fundraising and/or awareness events;
- Help maintain a fundraising database and generate reports on fundraising progress and outcomes;
- (Depending on previous experience) research, contact and apply for relevant grants, funding programs, and sponsorships;
- Support the comms team with content creation;
- Support the local team with smaller admin tasks and/or project-related tasks.
Requisiti principali:
- - (Under-)graduate degree in a relevant field of study;
- Interest in the humanitarian sector, especially migration issues;
- (Desirably) previous experience working with displaced communities;
- Previous experience in similar roles will be highly prioritised;
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information effectively;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & German;
- Ability to work independently, proactively and collaborate effectively within a team;
- Good organizational & time management skills;
- Able to provide a Criminal Record Check;
- High degree of integrity and strict compliance to Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policy;
- Commitment to the values and mission of Europe Cares.
