As an Intern in DFP Strategy you will have to take a proactive role in finding solutions to our supply challenges. You will work in close contact with different business support and production departments in Novo Nordisk such as Finance, IT & Digital Transformation, Compliance, Sales & Operation. You will regularly participate in alignment meetings between leaders of all levels and should therefore expect high levels of visibility and management attention.

Typical tasks involved in this position are preparing and coordinating project meetings and workshops, gathering and analysing real-world business data, assessing the business impact of new strategic initiatives and projects, preparing professional-looking presentations to facilitate discussion among decision-makers etc.

Requisiti principali:

You are presently in your first or second year of Master studies preferably in one of these fields; Business, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Communication, Finance or Economics with excellent academic credentials. You have high quality standards and you have distinguished yourself for delivering impressive results over the course of your education or previous work experience. Your solid skills and work ethics make you comfortable taking on challenging assignments and you typically deliver beyond expectations.

You are eager to apply your talents to high-stake projects in a global corporate setting, where you have a chance to make a real difference for the company and our patients. You can take the heat of working independently on sharp deadlines and under direct management attention.

As a team member, you are definitely open-minded, flexible and forthcoming, and enjoy working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment. English fluency written and spoken is required.
