  • Work on global HR system integration projects, i.e. global implementation of new Reward & Recognition IT system.
  • Consult on business taskforce projects in the area of variable pay systems for sales people
Requisiti principali:
  • Advanced studies in management or communication sciences,etc.
  • Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
  • Intelligent and highly motivated individual with high learning agility who would like to pursue HR / Consultancy professional career path
  • Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication in both oral and written
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources and major in HR / Consultancy is preferred
  • Studies and or experience on IT system application is an Advantage
