  • Support various strategic projects around the world, for example the introduction of a new learning management platform
  • Support the divisional mentoring program
  • Support the redesign of our diagnostic methods to identify future managers
  • Responsible for consolidation of nominations and support administration of global leadership and personnel development programs
  • Maintenance and update of different HR databases
  • Preparation and follow-up of seminars, workshops, and trainings (Hotel search, bookings, invitation management, training material)
  • Preparation of presentations and reports within the area of Compensation and Benefits (e.g. for position gradings or salary reviews)
Requisiti principali:
  • Student (m/f/diverse) in business administration, education, psychology or a related field
  • Safe handling of the MS Office programs
  • Basic knowledge in Project Management desired 
  • Fluent in German and English Language, both in speaking and writing 
  • High Level of commitment, quality orientation, creativity, flexibility, very good communication skills, ability to work in teams, planning and organizing skills, ability to handle multiple priorities
