Support the Global HR Business Partner - and with that the Global Operations and Technology organizations- by driving key topics of the people strategy forward. This includes operational tasks in the areas of e.g. talent management, employee experience, competency development and leadership development. Part of the foundation will be in data analytics and project management related tasks.
This means on one hand ensuring relevant data validation and reporting (using excel, powerpoint), define with the HR team the relevant action plan and drive proper follow up through the internal HR community and related people managers. You will also support the creation of a structure to connect the Global Operations & Technology HR community on a regular basis.
From data to ensuring impact through others, this is a fun and challenging internship that provides insights in a broad range of business and HR processes, working with others in an international context.
