Vestima Service (Quality, Design & Implementation):

  • Support Vestima Service team with ongoing projects and general administrative tasks
  • Support the team in reviewing internal operational procedures and ensure maintenance when required
  • Get involved in securities reconciliation, deep investigations and data collection, analysis and maintenance.

Securities Lending & Borrowing Support:

  • Work closely with the Head of Unit in developing enhanced visibility for our product, initiate and      improve marketing material and product documentation tasks
  • Build new reports and set-up key performance indicators to monitor the Securities Lending services, run simulations and perform ad-hoc analysis

 Securities Administrator:

  • Review, creation and checking of standardised international issues; e.g. money market instruments, medium term notes, equity and convertible linked notes as well as warrants
  • Process standard queries in a professional and timely manner that arise internally and externally from authorised entities regarding new issues set-up
  • Perform and comply with all necessary KYC and Compliance referral checks on such international new issues
  • Support internal teams handling any tasks that have been outsourced
  • Comply with the effective controls, system access in addition to internal policies and procedures. 
Requisiti principali:
  • Students who will apply for an internship must have completed at least the first 2 years of their university studies and must be enrolled in a relevant academic programme (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar) recognised by the state during the full duration of the internship (please attach the copy of your certificate of enrolment)
  • Your internship must be covered by internship agreement
  • Motivated, eager to learn and can adapt fast in a complex and high value-added environment
  • Ability to manage high-volume of work
  • Accuracy, flexibility, excellent organisational skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and respect deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (French or German would be an asset)
  • Good command of MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel and MS-Access
