Attività:
  • Drive research and development on processing conditions and functionality of natural ingredients such as nuts, seeds and fruits into various product formats at laboratory scale
  • Validate scientific hypothesis and generate knowledge through analytical data e.g. zeta sizer, ICP-MS, microscopy, enzyme assays, purification
  • Upscaling of laboratory prototypes to pilot plant scale and evaluation of product performance e.g. stability during shelf life
  • Document, analyze and present results in technical notes/ reports and internal presentations
  • Perform literature search related to project topics
Requisiti principali:
  • Bachelor or master degree (completed or ongoing) in Food engineering, Chemical engineering, Process engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Sciences or related sciences
  • Ability to manage diverse topics
  • Fluent in written and oral English, basic German is an asset
  • Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel
