Practice Support:

  • Working with project managers to gain accurate information around project financials and resources
  • Maintaining internal systems to track and forecast resources and projects to support resourcing decisions
  • Liaising with the Indian Operational Administration and Scheduling team
  • General Practice administration e.g. chasing of project paperwork, answering general queries
  • Analysing financial reports and helping the business to identify areas for increased efficiency
  • Educating and Training where necessary.

Project Support:

  • Supporting Project Managers within a Project Management Officer capacity
  • Assisting with project setup and maintenance
  • Invoicing on projects where there is no defined Project Manager
  • Ensure the timely onboarding of new resources, including offshore to meet the needs of the requesting project
  • Maintaining internal system to ensure that Consultants are able to submit their time and expenses to correct project and tasks
  • Monitoring Practice Work in Progress (WIP) / Accounts Receivables (AR) positions for all projects within practice
  • Monitoring Project Tracking and Project Status Report submission compliance
  • Project Status Reporting to the business
  • Assisting in the Project Close process.
Requisiti principali:
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong written/verbal English speaking communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritise 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly IT literate, Intermediate to Advanced Excel is a must 
  • Attention to detail and awareness of the need for speed and accuracy
  • Must work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Flexibility and a can do /self-starter attitude
  • Essential that the individual works well as part of a team and on their own without the need for ongoing supervision
  • Flexibility to travel.
