Attività:
  • Assist Product Management in analysing customer feedback and maintain digital dashboard with statistics on customer usage and feedback
  • Assist RTL and Scrum Masters in gathering, analysing and sharing train delivery metrics
  • Prepare communication material to internal stakeholders on development and launch activities (newsletters, Yammer posts, Intra updates, presentations)
  • Assist in organising and facilitating agile events and workshops such as e.g. PI planning and Demo sessions
  • Assist and support train management
Requisiti principali:
